    تأسست شركة إسكان للتنمية والاستثمار كشركة سعودية مساهمة مقفلة بموجب قرار وزير التجارة و الصناعة رقم 223 /ق وتاريخ 1428 / 8/ 26 ه .) يبلغ رأس مال الشركة الحالي مليار ريال سعودي( ويقع مركزها الرئيسي في مكة المكرمة بالمملكة العربية السعودية. ويتركز نشاط الشركة الرئيسي في السوق السعودي والإقليمي على تملك العقارات وتطويرها واستثمارها، وإقامة المرافق والمباني السكنية وتأجيرها أو بيعها، وإنشاء المرافق والفنادق والمجمعات التجارية والطبية بأنواعها واستثمارها. كما تنشط الشركة في تقديم خدمات إدارة المشاريع والعقارات بمختلف أنواعها

وتمارس الشركة أنشطتها طبقا لخطة استراتيجية شاملة وطويلة الأجل يتم اعتمادها من قبل مجلس الإدارة. وكجزء من هذه الاستراتيجية، يقوم فريق العمل بالشركة بتنفيذ الدراسات والمسوحات الميدانية للسوق العقاري في المملكة، وخاصة الجوانب المتعلقة بالإسكان، وذلك للتعرف بشكل أدق على احتياجات ورغبات العماء. كما رسمت الشركة خططها التسويقية على أساس تنويع منتجاتها وخدماتها العقارية، لتلبي احتياجات السوق السعودية بناءً على نتائج تلك الدراسات بحيث لا تقتصر على تلبية مطالب شريحة معينة من أصحاب الدخول المرتفعة، كالمنتجعات السياحية .والفنادق والفلل فقط ، بل تتناول ايضاً هموم المواطنين أصحاب الدخول المحدودة

   Eskan Development and Investment Company was established under the resolution of the Minister of Commerce and Industry No. 223/Q dated 26.08.1428 H, corresponding to 08/09/2007 G, The company is a Saudi closed joint-stock company headquartered in Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a paid-up capital of One Billion Saudi Riyals

The Company’s operations in the local and regional markets are mainly focused on the acquisition, development and investment of real-estate properties covering the construction of residential buildings, hotels and medical complexes for investment purposes. The Company is also active in providing project and real-estate management services. As part of its long-term strategic plan, the Company’s team conducts, on a regular basis, field studies and surveys of the Saudi real-estate market, focusing in particular on the matters relating to the housing sector, in order to better understand and fulfill the needs of all its customer segments

The marketing plans of the Company are drawn taking into consideration the need to diversify its products and real estate services in order to cope with the requirements of the Saudi market based on the results of such conducted studies and field surveys. Furthermore, the Company’s products and services are designed, not only to cater to the requirements of a high-income segments, such as resorts, hotels, and villas, but also for the requirements of the lowincome segments
