   Peaks Construction & Maintenance Co. Ltd was incorporated in October 2001 as a specialized infrastructure, civil and industrial contractor. The company was founded as a consortium of leading companies (Attieh Steel Group, Al Zamil Heavy Industries & Al-Muruj Electromechanical Co.) each specialized in their own various fields, but all interested in pooling resources together in order to service construction contracts in infrastructure, civil and industrial construction, as well as the manufactured buildings industry.

Peaks was provided with adequate capital and additional partner funding in order to meet its objectives. The company management began its activities by assembling a driven team and purchasing suitable construction equipment in order to address infrastructure projects. Peaks was able to successfully structure its organization and most importantly its human resources, thanks to the powerful partners who pledged their best capabilities in order to make this a success. Peaks today has a powerful construction unit with dedicated engineers and supervisors. In its head office located in Jeddah, Peaks engineering department supports site activities with highly qualified design engineers capable of design reviews, value engineering, as well as full scale design capabilities. A supporting cast includes efficient procurement and logistics departments as well as a big fleet of construction vehicles and equipment that the company has acquired.
