Saudi Chemical Company is a joint stock company with a paid up capital of 632,400,000 Saudi Riyals, founded in 1972 as a manufacturer of civil explosives company offering a wide range of civil explosives, detonators, and accessories.
Saudi Chemical Company significantly partook on the main economic development of Saudi Arabia, not only in the field of Oil and Gas exploration but also including the Cement Industry, Railroad and Road projects in the kingdom. The company is also well-known for its contribution in the construction of thousands of kilometers of pipelines needed to transfer desalinated water, crude oil and gas.
SCC has three factories located in the central region, The eastern region, The western region as well as distribution depots in the Southern Region in Abha, Makkah Al Mukaramah and Al-Suman Region.
It is worth mentioning that the company's activity is not limited to production of civil explosives only, but includes the technology, manufacturing, and demilitarization of military explosives.
