Al Saudia Cooling System (KSA) 90%, Al Mukairish Agricultural Dev. 85%, Al Busaita' Agricultural Projects (Al Jouf) 65%, and owns 50% of other associated companies namely: Gulf Printing & Packaging, Ali Ahmad Al Ghamdi & Sons, Al Muthol Food Industries, Al Muthol Food Products and United Products for Trading & Industry (KSA), Kuwaiti Saudi Co.
for livestock, meat, animal feed, 42,2% (Kuwait), Jordanian Saudi Co. for livestock & meat 49.8% (Jordan) and Al Mawashi Al Mukairish Gulf Co. 20% (UAE).
