شركة الالكترونيات المتقدمة المحدودة، هي شركة وطنية سعودية ذات مسئولية محدودة تأسست عام 1988 بناء على توجيهات حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية ضمن برنامج التوازن الأقتصادي لتكريس وتنمية القدرات المحلية في جوانب إستراتيجية مثل تصنيع وإصلاح وتوفير الانظمة الالكترونية المتقدمة لقطاعات مختلفة في المجالات العسكرية والمدنية. ويتمثل عمل شركة الالكترونيات المتقدمة فيما يلي : تصميم وتطوير وتصنيع وتعديل وتحديث ومساندة لوجستية للمنتجات والنظم الالكترونية. وهي "شركة" سعودية تعمل في القطاع الخاص، اكتسبت الثقة كما تعتبر طبقاً لحكومة المملكة العربية السعودية من الآصول الاستراتيجية التي تمتلكها الدولة.
