تأسست مؤسسة ساحات الأعمال للمقاوت فى تاريخ 29/ 6/ 1429هـ وقد باشرت نشاطاتها فى مجالات الإنشاء والصيانة والتطوير حكوميا و فى القطاع الخاص فى انشاء البنى التحتية من أعمال الطرق الترابية والسفلتة و الأنارة والكهرباء وتميزت فى قطاع الإتصالات والمياه .
