We began since 1967 as a Trading & Contracting under Mohammed Abdullah Al- Othman establishment.
Our successful story starts back in 1977 as a material supplier agency, supplying spare parts to the Industrial Market, under the name of Al-Othman Industrial Marketing Company Ltd. (IMCO).
In 1982, Al-Othman Agricultural Production & Processing Company (NADA) was established to become one of the largest dairy’s product supplier in the region.
In 2002, Advanced Fabric (SAAF) was born, exposing the Group’s vision, and participate on supporting the Saudi Arabian’ Economy, by exporting a non oil product to the Global Market.
In 2004, Systems of Strategic Business Solutions (SSBS) continues their services as a leading I.T. Business Solutions providers, under Al-Othman umbrella.
Oil and Gas exploration by our subsidiary Gas & Oil Technology (GOTECH) which was established in 2005 to present new technologies and ideas in oil & gas exploration and production.
In 2005, the Group established Clean Environment Technologies (CET), to deliver the Globe's cutting edge technologies in Waste Control and treatment, and apply it in our region.
The Group acquired UltraPak PET Al-Othman (ULTRAPAK) in 2006, to strengthen the Group’s position in the packaging industry for the GCC markets.

In early 2007, United Steel Grating (USG), another subsidiary of Al-Othman Group started their production to serve industrial complexes and plants platforms by manufacturing a high quality automatic welded steel gratings.
