منذ ما يزيد علي سبعين عاما بدأ عبد الغني إبراهيم ميره مع إخوانه نشاطهم التجاري في العطارة وذلك من خلال دكان في مكة المكرمة امام ساحة الحرم المكي في سوق الصغير ووسع ليشمل المواد الغذائية والملابس والسجاد والكماليات
وفي سنة 1977 وضع عبد الغني الميره الاساس لمؤسسة الميره للتجاره والاستيراد وفي سنة 1989 اسس عبد اللطيف ومصطفي أبناء عبد الغني ميره
