تأسست شركة الجديعي للمحركات في أيلول ۲۰۰٧م على أثر مشروع مشترك بين مجموعة الجديعي التجارية وJAC موتورز, لتصبح الجديعي للمركبات الوكيل الحصري لمركبات JAC في المملكة العربية السعودية.
وقد تم عقد هذه الشراكة مع مجموعة الجديعي آخذين بعين الاعتبار جميع إجراءات وقوانين ومعايير السوق الدولية.
وشركة JAC موتورز هي شركة تقنية مملوكة من قبل شركة أنهوي جيانجهول المحدودة للمركبات الآلية و تم تأسيسها سنة ۱۹٦٤. و اليوم فأن شركة أنهوي جيانجهول أوتوموبيل وJAC قد نالت الشهرة بسبب جودة منتجاتهم وخدماتهم المميزة.
A joint venture between Al-Jedaie Commercial Group and JAC Motors took place in September 2007 and this marked a beginning of Al-Jedaie Motors Company the exclusive agent in Saudi Arabia to deal for JAC vehicles
JAC motor is the new technology enterprise of Anhui Jianghual Automobile co. Ltd established since 1964. Anhui Automobiles and now JAC are well known for their quality and service in market, this venture with Al-Jedaie group was signed taking into consideration the business measures, its regulations and international market and quality standards.
JAC is a devoted motor company to the development of China’s Motor Industry. While constantly maintaining and developing its role in commercial car market, JAC is also a manufacturer for passenger car market at international standards.
