شركة أسمنت تبوك شركة مساهمة سعودية مملوكة بالكامل لأفراد ومؤسسات سعودية الجنسية ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي ومعتمدة في سوق المال وخاضعة لما تم تحديده من قواعد وأنظمة "تداول" الأسهم المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية. وقد تأسست الشركة وفقاً لقرار معالي وزير الكهرباء رقم (514/ص) الصادر بتاريخ 03/12/1404هـ، والقرار المعدل له رقم (227/ص) بتاريخ 10/02/1415هـ بالترخيص بإقامة منشأة صناعية باسم شركة اسمنت تبوك شركة مساهمة سعودية وقرار معالي وزير التجارة بالترخيص بتأسيس الشركة الصادر برقم (247) وتاريخ 12/02/1415هـ الموافق 20/07/1994م، والذي تم بموجبه إعلان تأسيس شركة أسمنت تبوك (شركة مساهمة سعودية) وصدر للشركة السجل التجاري رقم (3550012690) الصادر بتاريخ 25/02/1415هـ، وتدار الشركة بموجب ما حدد في النظام الأساسي لها. الرئيس الفخري للشركة الرئيس الفخري لشركة أسمنت تبوك هو صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير فهد بن سلطان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود ـ أمير منطقة تبوك بالمملكة العربية السعودية ـ وقد أعطي هذا المنصب تكريماً وشكراً وعرفاناً من جمعية المساهمين بالشركة لما بذله سموه الكريم من جهود حيال قيام هذا المشروع وكذلك حرصه وتشجيعه في دعم الشركة المستمر في كافة ما من شأنه تحقيق أهدافها وتطوير مستوى أداءها كأحد الصناعات الأساسية في المنطقة الشمالية الغربية بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
