Saudi Chemical Company is a Joint Stock Company with a paid in capital of 632,400,000 Saudi Riyals founded in 1972 as a manufacturer of civil explosives company offering a wide range of explosives, detonators and accessories for rock blasting, pipeline trenches, and oil & gas exploration. Over the last 38 years, the company has been providing domestic and international market with all those basic and supporting materials.
Saudi Chemical Company owns 3 factories in Riyadh, Eastern and Western Provinces, in addition to distribution storehouses in Abha, Southern Province, and in Makkah.
In 1998, when Saudi Chemical Company became a Saudi Joint Stock Company, the company increasingly began to expand its activities and thus the company obtained the approvals to consider military explosives manufacturing activities, in addition to the manufacturing of civil explosives.
