تلتزم الشركة ،تماشيا مع اهتمام الدولة بحماية الموارد الطبيعية، بضمان سلامة البيئة .
لقد درج في السابق التخلص من الزيوت المستخدمة إما بصورة غير شرعية أو بحرقها مما ينتج غازات سامة تضر بالبيئة ، تعمل الشركة على الحفاظ على الموارد الطبيعية وذلك بإضافة قيمة للزيت لمعالجته وإنتاج زيت أساس ذي جودة عالية للاستهلاك المحلي والعالمي.
لقد أنشأت الشركة مصانع فرعية في كل من الدمام ، الرياض ، وجدة ، وذلك لمواجهة التوسعات للمصنع بتوفير المواد الخام الموجودة في تلك المناطق .

This joint venture established an used oil processing refinery based in Jubail Industrial City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Unilube refinery utilizes state of the art technology to process 100,000 MTPA of raw feedstock material.
