في عام 1983 تم افتتاح متجر صغير التجزئة القرطاسية من الرياض الموسى وشقيقه طارق الموسى تحت اسم "مكتبة المنار الثقافية" في الأحساء في المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك بسبب الطلب المتزايد على القرطاسية. في عام 1986 من خلال فتح تجارة الجملة في الأحساء. تدريجيا، بدأت الشركة بالتوسع بشكل كبير عبر تشجيع عملائنا، واليوم المنار تمتلك ما مجموعه 7 صالات تجزئة و 2 محلات للبيع بالجملة في كامل المنطقة الشرقية ومحل بالجملة في العاصمة الرياض. في الوقت الحاضر المنار تتعامل أيضا مع ملحقات الكمبيوتر و في غضون بضعة أشهر سيكون لدينا جناح منفصل للملحقات الكمبيوتر ومكونات الأجهزة .إن مركز الخدمات التقنية مجاور لمتجر الجملة في شارع أدمة، الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية
In 1983 a small Retail stationery Shop was inaugurated by Riyadh Al-Mousa & his brother Tariq Al-Mousa under the name of Al-Manar Cultural Bookshop at Al-Hasa in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, due to the increasing demand in stationery by the public Al-Manar has extended / expanded the wings of stationery in 1986 by opening a wholesale business in Al-Hasa. Gradually, the company started growing tremendously by encouragement of our customers, and today Al-Manar has a total of 7 retail & 2 wholesale shops in the entire Eastern Province and one Wholesale in the capital city of Riyadh. At present Al-Manar is also dealing with computer accessories & within a couple of months we will have a separate wing for computer accessories, hardware items & a technical services center next door to our wholesale shop at Adamah Street, Dammam, K.S.A.
