Ittijah Consult was formed in 2008 by Mohammad Al-Shaya, an Architectural Engineer and a graduate of the College of Environmental Designs of KFUPM.
Ittijah Consult is an energetic and resourceful firm that thrives on a great variety of projects of all types and sizes. Our team has successfully completed a broad spectrum of projects for a wide range of clients, including commercial, corporate, retail, residential, banking, institutional, and others. This past experience is a tremendous resource for us as we take on new projects.
Ittijah Consult places a great deal of emphasis on developing a strong rapport with our clients, in order to effectively translate their goals and interests into a completed product that will satisfy the project's objectives and requirements.
We understand the role the design professional plays in the business environment, never losing sight that we are our client's agents.
We are also cognizant of budget and time constraints that may be faced in developing a project and therefore, we work directly with the client or his representatives to achieve their project goals and scheduling requirements.
