شبكة المدينة القابضة شركة مساهمة سعودية مقفلة متخصصة في مجال المقاولات العامة و مقاولات الشحن و التفريغ و مقاولات الكهرباء و مساندة المشاريع الحكومية في أعمال الصيانة و التشغيل كما تقوم الشركة بإنتاج و تصنيع المواد الأساسية المستخدمة في البناء (بحص, رمل, اسفلت، خرسانة) يقع المقر الرئيسي للشركة في المدينة المنورة و لديها عدة فروع في مدينة الرياض و مدينة الدمام و مدينة الاحساء و محافظة القريات. تأسست شركة شبكة المدينة القابضة مطلع عــام 1418هـ لتسـاهم في دفـع حركة الاقتصاد وتنميتها مـن خلال تنفيذها مشـاريع مقاولات الشحن والتفريغ و الصيانة والتشغيل لمختلف القطاعـات الحكومية والأهلية . و كـان ذلك مـن خلال وضعها للخطة الإستراتجية التي تهدف إلـى الارتقاء بمستوى تقديم الخدمات فـي مجال التشغيل و الصيانة و بالفعل نجحت بتحقيق أهدافها و كان ذلك مـن خلال توفيرها للكودار المؤهلة والتقنيات الحديثة التي ساهمت في تحقيق أهدافها وتجاوزها للعقبات وصولا إلى رؤيتها المنشودة وإيماناً بأهمية الدور الذي تؤديه الموارد البشرية فـي تحقيق أهدافها فقد حرصت على تعيين الأيدي العاملة الماهرة و استقطاب الكفاءات والخبرات مـن كـل القطاعات المختلفة حتى تمكنت مــن تشكيل فـرق عمل فنية و إدارية متكاملة على مستوى عــالٍ مـن التدريب والكفاءة و بدأت فـي تنفيذ مشاريعها بجهود عـالية وتجاوزت التوقعات ، و اكتسبت بذلك ثقة عملائها ورضاهم بدعم من الخبرات و الكفاءات لدى فرق العمل لديها .

   Madina Net Holding (MNH) is a national company specialized in the field of construction loading, unloading and construction contracting, maintenance, operation and manufacturing basic construction materials (stones, sand, and asphalt). It started as an individual corporation on 21/5/1418 AH, and then it was converted to a limited liability company on 29/8/1426 AH.

The company has completed government projects under important tenders as it is one of the most significant companies in the field of construction, loading and unloading in different ports and airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In 1425 AH, the company with special equipment started its work in the construction of residential places as a beginning then went on in the field to become one of the leading companies in the field of construction contracting. With the expansion of the work and productivity increase, new features of the company appeared to become one of Saudi joint stock companies in 1432 AH.

Its headquarters lies in Madina. It has four branches in Riyadh, Qurayyat, Ahsa and Dammam. It has more than 2000 employees of different nationalities.

MNH was established in the beginning of 1418 AH to contribute to boost and develop the economy through the implementation of construction projects, loading, unloading, maintenance and operation of various government and private sectors. This was through developing the strategic plan to improve service delivery in the field of operation, maintenance, and it proved successful achievement of objectives through the provision of qualified chiefs and modern techniques that have contributed to overcome obstacles to reach its vision.

Believing in the importance of the role of human resources in achieving the objectives, MNH has been keen to appoint a skilled workforce and attract talents and experiences from different sectors and formed integrated technical and management work groups at a high level of training, efficiency, and began to implement its efforts even exceeded expectations, and thus gained the confidence of customers and their satisfaction with the support of such experiences and competencies.
