   Qimam El-Hayat has become one of the most outstanding schools in Riyadh,KSA. Owing to the massive efforts of the school administration and professional teachers, the school has reached its culmination in 2016-2017. More efforts have been added, radical changes have occurred in the infrastructure and the curriculum, new policies have been adopted, updated plans have been initiated, and major steps have been covered .These steps include four crucial aspects: The curriculum, the teacher, the student ,and the parent. We , the school board , must be responsive to parents, staff, students, and the community at large.

A key issue of the school board is to set a long-term vision, mapping a course that provides the necessary opportunities to help students reach their full potentials. The board is keen to establishing a structured vision that guides the staff and provides leadership.

Qimam El-Hayat School recently reformulated the vision, mission and philosophy statements to reflect significant growth and changes within the school population, that is swiftly and unexpectedly increasing, and the perspective of leadership. Core values have been added in conjunction with the vision, mission and philosophy statement of the school. We think it is important to give students opportunities to develop leader-like characters. consequently, the school has recently adopted a new standardized curriculum, which was carefully chosen by school curriculum committee , This curriculum promotes the data from a perspective of leaders in different realms besides providing practical examples in daily life.

The school organization is supporting the mission of Qimam El-Hayat. We absolutely believe in being fiscally responsible as a school to enable the whole school to promote leader-like character. Our goal is to expose students to the ideology of the leadership and different cultures that provide them with opportunities to share different perspectives .

To better apply this, we are aware of selecting highly qualified teachers according to the international criteria that help them implement our goal, which is preparing our students to be future leaders through training courses . Teaching staff is supervised through a process of an active guidance, support and coordination. Experienced and senior teachers are appointed as subject coordinators to ensure integration of the academic areas. Teachers coordinate with the administrators that coordinate with the subject-coordinators to ensure progress and continuity in the academic work.

The school board annually surveys the staff, students, curriculum, and parents to evaluate the school effectiveness. The board reviews and discusses the results of the surveys to better meet our expectations. At last, we want to say that our school society shelters and embraces all its stakeholders, providing wholesome and integral environment that helps make them feel secured, esteemed and well-minded. We believe that teamwork can do wonders and help us achieve our goal.
