يعتبر معهد المستقبل للتدريب العالي بجدة (فيوتشر) مؤسسة سعودية رائدة ومتميزة على صعيد التعليم والتأهيل حيث يعود تاريخ تأسيسه إلى العام 1991 م.
ويستمد المعهد تميزه من خلال الرؤية المستقبلية التي تتمتع بها إدارته ومن خلال شراكته البناءة مع هيئات وكليات بريطانية متخصصة حيث يرتبط المعهد بإتفاقيات مع مدرسة إنشبولد للتصميم والديكور، مدرسة ميركاتور للغة الإنجليزية، كلية بورنموث أند بول للدراسات التأهيلية في مجال إدارة الأعمال، ومجلس إختبارات الغرفة التجارية الصناعية بلندن للتعليم المستمر.
Future Institute of Higher Education Training for Ladies (FIL), previously known as Future Center for Ladies (FCL) is an institute established by senior educational experts in Jeddah in 1991 and is distinguished as a pioneer of further education in Saudi Arabia. Future Institute has established links with a number of distinguished colleges in Britain and now works with the Inchbald School of Design, London, Mercator Language School, England, Bournemouth and Poole College, England. Future Institute is proud to be one of the Pearson Assured Institutes in KSA; offering Pearson’s Certificates for all its domains of study. Attainment of Pearson Assured status shows that Future Institute quality processes meet an independent, international quality benchmark.
Future Institute (FIL) is licensed by the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia, and under the supervision of the Technical and Vocational Training Co operation (TVTC), this official certification encourages high school graduates and even university graduates to enlist in the institute’s programmes to prepare them to enter the world of business. Many Future Institute graduates have gone out to occupy senior positions in major companies, whilst others have successfully established their own organizations.
The policy of the Institute is to enhance the learning process through practical exposure to skills and sources in order to complement theory and studio classes. To this end Future Institute organizes visits to workshops as well as trips to major establishments in order to help students get a deeper understanding of the taught material.
In pursuit of its stated policy of improving the education and empowerment of women, the FIL management organizes monthly cultural seminars featuring senior figures from the world of Design and Fine Arts for lectures and informal discussions.
