تأسست شركة بودل للتجارة عام 1963 تحت إسم شركة صالح ناصر الخليوى وأولادة التجارية. إنبثق عن هذه الشركة عدة نشاطات وأعمال، منها نشاط الصناعة الفندقية الذى يغطى فنادق الدرجة المتوسطة والفنادق الصغيرة وبعدد محدود من الغرف.

وبمرور الوقت، إستمرت الشركة فى مزاولة أعمالها المتنوعة ولكن مع التحولات التى جاءت نتيجة للنهضة الإقتصادية والإجتماعية ، إزداد تركيز الشركة على الصناعة الفندقية وذلك تلبية الى إحتياجات السوق، مما أدى الى إعطاء دفعة قوية لهذه الصناعة وعزز دورها فى المملكة العربية السعودية كما ساهم فى نهضة الحركة السياحية.

وخلال فترة قياسية قصيرة إستطاعت بودل أن تقدم خدماتها الفندقية المثالية من خلال أربعين فندقاً ومنتجعاً تابعاً لها.

وتبحث بودل من خلال الخطط المستقبلية للإتجاه وبشكل متسارع نحو إفتتاح سلسلة فنادق ذات الخمس نجوم فى المملكة ، تقدم من خلالها خدمات فندقية لاتضاهى لضيوفها القادمين من كافة أنحاء العالم.

   Boudl Trading Company was established in 1965 under the name of Saleh Naser Al Khelaiwi Trading Company owned by Boudl Holding Co. The entity was an emerging placed for lots of business and other activities and it was including business operations covering hotel management for small to medium scale hotels with limited number of rooms.

Time passed and company continued its business practices and along with the rising social and economic changes and transformations, focus was increased on activities falling in hotel industry field to meet the current needs of the market. This ended us providing the great efforts that were not only giving boost to hotel industry in the kingdom but also gave a great upraise to the tourism industry in the kingdom.

It was noted and seen that with continuous efforts, in a very short while Boudl started providing its best ever services in more than 40 hotels and resorts providing ultimate hospitality services to its hotels.

Boudl in its future plans seeks rapid business expansions with opening of 5 stars hotels throughout that kingdom that may provides incomparable hospitality services to its guests visiting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from all over the world.
