فقد حرصت (تمور) ومنذ تأسيسها على مواكبة أحدث التقنيات والتطورات المرتبطة بتصنيع التمور من خلال التطوير المستمر لخطوط الإنتاج والتطوير المستمر للمواد المستخدمة في التعبئة والتغليف بما يحقق احتياجات ومتطلبات الأسواق العالمية لتقدم منتجات فاخرة ومتميزة وبمستوى يليق بالمنتج السعودي.

كما أن (تمور) تطبق أعلى المستويات والمعايير العالمية المطبقة في الجودة وأمن وسلامة الغذاء، حيث أنشأت قسم متكاملا للجودة يضم فريق عمل متخصص في الجودة إضافة إلى مختبرات لقياس ومتابعة مستوى جودة المنتجات خلال جميع المراحل بدأ من فحص التمور قبل شرائها وأثناء عمليات الإنتاج ومراقبة جودة عمليات الشحن لضمان وصول المنتجات إلى عملائها وفق الشروط و المواصفات المطلوبة ، وقد حصلت الشركة على شهادة الجودة العالمية ISO9001:2000 وشهادة HACCP لضمان الجودة الغذائية وحصلت أيضا على شهادة ISO22000، كما أن (تمور) حاصلة على علامة الجودة الممنوحة من الهيئة السعودية للمواصفات والمقاييس.
