أسست الشركة الدولية لهندسة النظم في عام 1988 م كإحدى شركات التوازن الاقتصادي ضمن برامج درع السلام، وهي شركة سعودية ذات مسؤولية محدودة، وأن شئت بغرض التخصص في تقنيات المعلومات وتطوير النظم وتنفيذ المشروعات المعتمدة عليها.

نفذت الشركة – منذ تأسيسها بنجاح كبير – عدداً من المشروعات الإستراتيجية الكبيرة في قطاع الدفاع والطيران، مثل مشروع درع السلام، ومشروع الصواري الثاني، ومشروع حارس السلام، ومشروع نظم مطار الملك فهد الدولي، ومشرو عات المحاكاة المتقدمة. كما نفذت الشركة عدداً من المشروعات المتميزة في قطاع البنوك، إضافة إلى عددٍ من القطاعات الحكو مية والخاصة. ولقد ساهمت هذه المشروعات في تنمية خبرات الشركة وقدراتها، مما مكنها من تقديم حلول وخدمات ذات كفاءة عالية تفي باحتياجات السوق المحلي من المشروعات الكبرى ذات البعد الاستراتيجي.

يكمن الاستثمار الأكبر الذي تفاخر به الشركة الدولية لهندسة النظم في تلك الخبرات والقدرات البشرية الوطنية التي تمكنت الشركة من تطويرها، وذلك من خلال تأهيل طواقمها الوطنية وتدريبها تدريباً عالياً على أحدث التقنيات والنظم المتقدمة.

   International Systems Engineering (ISE) is a Saudi Arabian limited liability company established in 1988, as one of the Economic Offset companies established under the Peace Shield program. ISE was formed to specialise in Systems Engineering & Development, Information Technology (IT), and to handle Information-based systems, solutions and services.

ISE, since established, has successfully participated in a significant number of large-scale strategic programs in the Aerospace and Defense sector, such as the Peace Shield, SAWARI II, Peace Sentinel, King Fahad International Airport (KFIA), and Advanced Simulation Systems programs. In addition, ISE completed a number of sophisticated projects in the banking, government, and private sectors. ISE's execution - of such programs and projects - helped developing its experiences and capabilities, to provide professional solutions and efficient services to meet the needs of large-scale technology related projects.

ISE is proud of the national expertise and skilled manpower it managed to develop. The company succeeded in training and qualifying competent Saudi nationals, who are capable of dealing with latest systems and sophisticated technologies.
