تم انشاء مصنع الشهيلي بواسطة السيد / فهد بن ناصر الشهيلي في عام 1401 (هـ) 1981(م) فى المملكة العربية السعودية و المصنع ينتشر على مساحة كبيرة 65000 متر مربع في الرياض، كما ان المصنع معتمد أيضا من قبل الايزو9001 للمواصفات القياسية البريطانية في العام 2008 . يتراوح عدد الموظفين العاملين بالمصنع 500 عامل من ذوي الخبره وتعمل تحت إشراف ذوي الخبره والتقنية ويعـملوا على برامج البحــث والتطوير والتقييم وتحسين نوعية منتجاتنا وفقا لحاجة شروط اليوم. في نهاية المطاف توفير منتجات شاملة ومخصصة حسب رغبت العملاء
هدفنا في المصنع هو:
تقديم أفضل الخدمات للعملاء مع أفضل جودة للمنتج و بسعر تنافسي
تعزيز شبكة العلاقات بيننا وبين العملاء الحاليين على حد سواء

الخطط المستقبلية:
نظرا الى مطالب العملاء فان المصنع يقوم بتحديث برامج التوسع وجلب احدث التقنيات والالات الحديثة التى من شأنها ان تساعد المصنع فى التوسع ومواكبة نمو السوق ولها القدرة على تصنيع المنتجات لتلبية متطلبات العالم الحديث وحرصا على اهمية المواظفين فى المصنع فان المصنع يوفر لهم السكن الازم بالقرب من المصنع ، وقد تم التخطيط لمصنع الشهيلي لزيادة الإنتاج بناء خط كامل ، وفقا لاحتياجات السوق وزيادة الاحتياجات والمتطلبات.

Al-Shehili Factory has been established by Mr. Fahad N. Al-Shehili in 1401(H) 1981(G) in Saudi Arabia. Company is spreading on a large area of 65,000 Square meters in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The factory was also certified ISO 9001 by British standard, in the year 2008.
Around 500 experienced employees are working under the supervision of experienced technical staff member. Our qualified engineer’s Technicality, Revolutionized Research & Development programs and feedback improving our quality of products, according to the need of today’s requirement. Eventually provide the comprehensive and customized products as and when required.
Our Ultimate Objective is:

Technologies:
The ever increasing efforts of our designing section for developing and designing of new products with the help of sophisticated machines and latest technology, gives an extra boost for providing the most competitive products.
Our main target is to make problem – free services of the finish products. So we have variety of machines and instruments of latest technology for improving the production rate and checking the quality of finish product.
Quality control division has always plays special role for the final setup of products with improved Quality and Assurance.
Future Plans:
The company is identifying the areas of expansion, modernizing and relocating their present production facilities and has also initiated an attractive expansion program with latest technology which would help company to capitalize on market growth and have the capability of manufacturing the product to meet the requirement of modern world.
It is expected for Population & personnel income growth and changing life styles, Alshehili Company has planned & proposed to increase their entire production line, according to the market needs and increasing needs and requirements.
