Banaja Holdings was founded in 1944 by Sheikh Yahya Banaja as Saudi Import Company and is now a leading distributor of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products in Saudi Arabia.
The company was restructured in 2009 to Banaja Holdings in order to meet the growing regional demand for high quality healthcare and expand business operations.
Headquartered in Jeddah, our geographical reach spans the entire Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with more than 5,000 locations. There are over 200 employees in the holding company, and over 600 employees including our member companies.
With hard work and innovation we aim to drive the MENA healthcare industry forwards, establishing thriving global partnerships to better serve the healthcare community.
At Banaja Holdings we maintain the role of overall management, strategic planner and ‘think tank’ for our member companies, whilst also providing financial, human resources and IT support.
