   Experience a meat lover’s paradise! Brasa de Brazil is an authentic salute to rodizio, southern Brazil’s cuisine and presentation. Once seated, you will be greeted by waiters dressed as gauchos (Brazilian cowboys) carrying giant skewers of meat taken directly from the rotisserie grill. Savor the smoky spice of freshly-grilled meat that is carved right at your table.

Rodizio was first practiced in Brazil's cattle country, where gauchos from all parts of the nation brought their cattle together for processing. During that time the cowboys shared their favorite cuts of meats on large spits - often roasting whole animals. Decades later the custom made it to Brazil's larger cities and was adopted in both fine-dining and mainstream restaurants before being exported to the United States by Brazilian entrepreneurs in the mid-1980s.
