تم انشاء سلسلة مطاعم بيت الشواية فى عام 1425هـ وتقع تحت إدارة شركة بيت الشواية وهى شركة ذات مسئولية محدودة ، و وطنية 100% ، وهى تعمل فى مجال إنشاء وتشغيل وإدارة المطاعم حيث وصل عدد مطاعم بيت الشواية بنهاية عام 2014 إلى أكثر من 90 فرع منتشرة داخل مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية .
