   تأسست مجموعة شركات عثمان حامد الغامدي وأولاده منذ عام 1973م على يد المغفور له بإذن الله الشيخ عثمان حامد آل حاسن الغامدي تحت مسمى مؤسسة عثمان حامد الغامدي، حيث تخصصت الشركة في البداية في تقديم الخدمات الأمنية المدنية الخاصة .

إنطلاقا من مكتبها الرئيسي بمدينة الدمام وبالإعتماد على شركاتها المختلفة استطاعت مجموعة شركات عثمان الغامدي أن تحقق نجاحات متعددة في قطاعات الأعمال المختلفة التي اتجهت اليها وأن يكون لها حضور قوي على مستوى المملكة.

   OHG Group was established since 1973 by Sheikh Othman Hamid Al- Hassen Al-Ghamdi, under the name of Othman H. Al- Ghamdi establishment, where the company initially specializes in providing services for Civil Security.

Proceeding from its head office in Dammam, and depending on its different group of companies, Othman al-Ghamdi managed to achieve multiple successes in various business sectors, which tended to it, and have a strong presence in the Kingdom.

The Affiliates of the group of leading companies in several key sectors in the Kingdom’s economy also have a significant presence in many of the markets in the Gulf region. One of the important objectives of the group is to work on the continued development and expansion of these companies through consolidation and expansion in a series of products and services and strengthen the base of its activities and increase its marketing activities in the region.
