تأسست في عام 1982 من قبل السيد محمد (REM) ومملوكة بالكامل من قبله، بدأ إنشاء نشاطها من خلال توظيف الموظفين المؤهلين تأهيلا عاليا من ذوي الخبرة وافية في هذا المجال والمتخصصين ذات الصلة في مجالات المعادن والأعمال الهيدروليكية.
اليوم، REM، بعد ما يقرب من 27 سنوات من النمو المطرد، ومن المعروف جيدا ومنظمة محترمة مع هيكل متين من المهندسين والفنيين والموظفين ما مجموعه 450 موظفا ولها قاعدة تثبيت أكثر من 1000 رضى العملاء بما في ذلك 100 مشاريع ضخمة.
