تأسيس المكتب :
مكتب سلطان محمـد الجفران محامون ومستشارون قانونيون وموثقون هو مكتب سعودي تم تأسيسه في عام 2008م ، وذلك من خلال جهود الأستاذ/ سلطان محـمد الجفران - (محامي) ، وقد حرص المكتب منذ إنطلاقه على تقديم خدماته في مختلف المجالات القانونية بجودة وإحترافية عالية ووفق أعلى المعايير العالمية .
ويضم المكتب نخبة من المحامين والمستشارين القانونيين ذو خبرات طويلة ومتراكمة في جميع المجالات القانونية مما ساهم ذلك بتنوع خدمات المكتب التي يقدمها لعملائه .
المؤسس :
1. سلطان محـمد الجفران - ( محامي ).
2.ترخيص مزاولة مهنة المحاماة صادر من وزارة العدل السعودية برقم (117/27) .
3.ترخيص مزاولة مهنة التوثيق صادر من وزارة العدل السعودية برقم (625/38) .
4.درجة البكالوريوس في القانون .
5.درجة الماجستير في القانون التجاري .
الخبرات العملية :
خبرات عملية تتجاوز خمسة عشر عاماً في مختلف المجالات القانونية داخل المملكة العربية السعودية بالإضافة إلى الترافع أمام جميع المحاكم والهيئات واللجان القضائية (شرعية –جنائية - إدارية - مصرفية - تجارية - عمالية - لجان التحكيم).

حرصاً من المكتب على التوسع في تقديم الخدمات القانونية ذات الجودة العالية لعملائه الكرام قام بإجراء وعمل التنسيقات والترتيبات اللازمة مع مجموعة من مكاتب المحاماة الإقليمية والدولية بحيث أصبح المكتب يقدم جميع الخدمات القانونية محلياً ودولياً حرصاً على التنوع في خدمة عملائه وتسهيل وتيسير جميع أعمالهم التجارية محلياً ودولياً .

8.تمثيل البنوك والشركات والمؤسسات والأفراد كمحكمين عنهم في اللجان وهيئات التحكيم.
9.تحصيل الديون والمطالبات لدى الغير وإتخاذ كل ما يلزم من إجراءات نظامية بشأنها.
10.تقديم الإستشارات القانونية والشرعية بإختلاف مواضيعها وتخصصاتها وفقاً للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
11.تولي حصر وفرز التركة والقسمة وتوزيعها على الأفراد داخل وخارج المملكة وفقاً لمبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية.

3- Study all types of lawsuits and court cases and prepare statements of claims, defensive memos and appeals thereof.
4- Pleading before all judicial and quasi-judicial bodies of all kinds and degrees
5- Registration of commercial agencies, franchise contracts and licenses
6- Registration of trademarks, service marks, collective marks and quality control marks.
7- Registration of patents and industrial models.
8-Representation of banks, companies, enterprises and individual, as commercial arbitrator, in arbitration proceedings before arbitral tribunals and committees.
9- Collect client's credits and claims with others and take all necessary measures there against.
10- Render all types of sharia and legal consultancies on different subjects and specialties, as per the applicable laws of Saudi Arabia.
11-Undertake the number of the legal heirs and sorting their shares in the property of and moneys of the dead parent or relative and carry out the division and distribution thereof among the heirs, inside and outside Saudi Arabia, as per sharia inheritance rules and regulations.
