تأسست شركة العسيس في عام 1972 بوصفها مؤسسة مملوكة سعودية 100٪. خلال سنوات أصبحت شركة قابضةباسم : AL-OSAIS INTERNATIONAL HOLDING CO.، وامتلكت أسهم رئيسية في أكثر من 16 شركة وحصص أقلية في أكثر من 50 شركة محلية وعالمية أخرى وفي محافظ الاستثمار. لأكثر من ثلاثة عقود، من خلال الاستثمار والتطوير المستمر، أصبح آل العسيس مجموعة من الشركات الرائدة في المملكة من خلال الشبكات التجارية المستقلة الأكثر ديناميكية وتطلعاً في المملكة العربية السعودية.
Al Osais was founded in 1972 as a 100% Saudi owned establishment and through out the years becomes a holding company named as Al Osais International Holding Company, owning a major shares in more than 16 companies and minority in more than 50 other local and global companies & investment institutes.
