تأسست الشركة الأهلية للتأمين التعاوني في عام 2007م كشركة سعودية مساهمة عامة برأسمال قدره 100 مليون ريال سعودي، بموجب السجل التجاري رقم 1010238441 وتعمل وفقاً لمبدأ التأمين التعاوني ، وفقاً لنظام مراقبة شركات التأمين بالمملكة .
